Mudhouse Coffee started in downtown Springfield in December 1998. Mudhouse is a coffeehouse & coffee roaster located in Downtown Springfield. We roast all beans used in our coffee and espresso drinks, and we sell by the pound and half pound. Mudhouse also serves a variety of loose leaf teas, homemade baked goods, real fruit smoothies and a variety of soup salads and sandwich.
