Our family Movie Night series, continues on Friday, August 4. The fun begins with dinner served at 5:30 in the narthex (free of charge, but donations accepted), followed by the movie at 6:15.

The August showing will be The Karate Kid (the original 1984 film starring Ralph Macchio and Pat Morita). It’s a timeless story about a teenager who learns the ancient art of karate in order to stand up to a group of bullies. The film is rated PG.
