The plan is to leave from the front steps of Springfield Brewing Company, (305 S. Market Ave, 65806) at 7:31 a.m. on the first and third Saturday of each month.

Plan to run however many miles and at the pace of your choosing. Need a long run? Or just a few short recovery miles? Plan what you need around what the group is doing, for as long as you want to run with them – and then peel off if you need to.

There is unlimited parking that is free, well-lit, safe and covered in the City’s multi-story parking garage across the street from SBC (the NE corner of Market Ave and McDaniel Street – enter lot heading north up Campbell).
