Christ Church would like to invite you and your pets to The Blessing of the Animals on October 9, at 2 p.m. on the church lawn. The Blessing of the Animals is a service attributed to St. Francis, the patron saint of animals.
They will pray for and bless your furry, feathery and scaly companions. There will be a photographer to take photos of you and your pet and treat bags will be available for dogs and cats. Donations will also be collected for C.A.R.E. Animal Rescue.
