Eating the Ozarks will be talking Wild Edibles at Hotel Vandivort at Vantage on August 22! The event will include conversations about making Wild Vinegars & Oils, infusing Sugar and salts, herbs for wounds and more. You’ll have the opportunity learn how to make a salt infusion, oil infusion and vinegar infusion. You’ll also learn about poultices and make and take a wound powder.
