A staple of the downtown community, Springfield Brewing Company (“SBC”) has been in the business of brewing supremely drinkable beers since 1997. Their goal throughout the years has remained the same, to provide the community with a one of a kind brewpub experience, combining local craft beer with great food, and beyond. Over the past 25 years, they have worked to build a unique and delicious dining spot in downtown that can’t replicated anywhere else.

Their brewery has been brewing some of the tastiest ales and lagers that have been winning awards and fighting crime since the beginning (now distributing in Southwest Missouri and St. Louis). With over 40 years of combined brewing experience, it’s no wonder why their beers are expertly balanced and exceptionally delicious.

SBC has become known for their world class, award-winning beers and food, but now, SBC also includes their very own onsite distillery (Ty Iechyd Da) and live music sound lounge (SBC’s The Cellar). Through uniquely crafted Ty Iechyd Da cocktails, eclectic ambitious food and live music, they are able to give our community a full sensory experience.
